我院养成教育辅导员培训工作顺利开展

9月3日下午，我院于第一教学楼204召开养成教育辅导员心理工作体系与指导大会。24级新生辅导员雷芳、姜漾漾、李凤及全体新生养成教育辅导员参与此次培训。

培训会上，雷芳从养成教育辅导员的定位与职责、作用与优势、具备的素质与能力、工作重点四个方面详细阐述了养成教育辅导员应如何开展新生心理健康教育工作。同时，她强调养成教育辅导员需加强与新生的沟通交流，关注新生的心理健康，帮助他们更快地适应大学生活。

养成教育辅导员总负责人娄宇轩对迎新的具体工作及注意事项进行了补充。会后，养成教育辅导员谌怡萱说到：“这次培训让我对自己的工作职责有了更清晰的认识，并且也意识到心理教育工作并不是一件简单的小事，但在接下来的迎新工作中，我一定会努力做好自身工作，积极承担养成教育辅导员这一身份的责任，帮助新生更快更好地融入商院这个大家庭。”
