湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团教官助班主席团见面会顺利召开

9月30日19：30，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团教官助班主席团见面会于第三教学楼召开，本次见面会主要对军训工作进行具体细致的安排，以确保军训的顺利进行。参与此次见面会的有15vip太阳集团团委第一副书记石阿霞、学生会主席翟广达、南校教官负责人王鼎文以及一众教官、助班及主席团成员。
“召开本次见面会的目的是及时沟通军训期间可能出现的问题及其解决，保证训练顺利开展，希望大家踊跃发言。”见面会在石阿霞、翟广达的主持下召开。“大家好，我是一连连长吴锋龙，有多次带训经验……”从吴锋龙开始，各教官依次进行自我介绍并表明自己的工作态度和严格开展训练的决心。
随后，翟广达对军训工作进行了梳理。他首先公示了编制情况，并要求助班及时和教官联系沟通，接着宣读了军训期间的任务流程和安排。他特别强调了注意事项：“教官训练可以严格但不要出格并要和新生保持恰当的距离，助班要理解教官适当的惩罚并及时和新生进行心理辅导。”同时，他要求值班人员保证联系畅通，做到有问题及时沟通，并要格外注意新生身体状况。
在最后的自由讨论中，吴锋龙表示，希望助班做到不干扰训练、不在现场吃零食；及时和新生沟通，预防抵抗心理；互相监督，有问题随时反映。他还提醒众教官随时注意哨声，及时集合。“预祝18级新生军训圆满成功”，在吴锋龙的祝福声中，此次见面会圆满结束。
