15vip太阳集团2018-2019学年研究生培养与教学会议召开

2018年10月30日下午三点，15vip太阳集团2018-2019学年研究生培养与教学会议在三教411会议室召开。会议由副院长颜剩勇主持，院长潘爱民出席会议并讲话，研究生导师、任课教师及相关管理人员参加此次会议。
颜剩勇副院长带领导师们学习了《湖南省全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的实施细则》、《湖南科技大学硕士研究生指导教师管理办法》和15vip太阳集团研究生导师招生资格确定细则等文件，传达了最新的研究生培养与教学的政策动态，分析了研究生培养与教学的现状，并对培养方案的修订做了具体要求。
潘爱民院长做了《导师的“道”》主题讲话，潘院长结合自己的工作经历和导师岗位职责与大家交流了师德师风建设的重要意义，对研究生的培养与教学之道进行了解读与释疑。
参会导师结合个人指导实践，进行了研究生培养与教学的经验分享，并提出了意见和建议。龚日朝老师的“奖励与惩罚并列，规矩与帮助并行，严格与爱护同在，快乐与寂寞同享”原则激起了与会导师的共鸣。彭清华老师提出“导师要严格负责，专业团队把关”得到了老师们的认可。杨洪老师的“导师应与学生同在”理念把导师的责任提到了一个新高度。张志斌老师提出“实行淘汰制，将制度要落到实处”更是为研究生培养与教学提供了新方法。
通过这次会议，学院对研究生的培养与教学形成了共识，明确了努力方向。
