新学期展新面貌，新规划领新发展

——2018至2019年湖南科技大学第二学期15vip太阳集团第一次班长团支书会议顺利举行
2019年2月24日12：30湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第一次班长团支书会议在第三教学楼101会议室举行。此次会议旨在对新学期工作进行规划与指导和对上学期工作进行简要总结。15vip太阳集团党委副书记傅早霞、15vip太阳集团学工办主任陈攀以及各位辅导员受邀参加。
会议伊始，主持人首先对在场的所有人表示了节日祝福，并宣布会议正式开始。随后，优秀班集体代表依次上台发言。首先上台的是16级会计2班代表罗凌慧，她简要介绍了本班的卓越成就，接着便对上学期的工作作了总结，并从学习、生活、日常管理三个方面对本班日后发展制定规划。同时，她在会上也强调了班级凝聚力的作用，“班级凝聚力是一个班的灵魂，其还可以反向推动一个班的发展。”紧接着是16级年级长方双玉发言，她强调同学们要增强对学院的认同感，并呼吁各位班长团支书尽最大的努力为同学们和学院服务。
在陈攀对新学期工作做了进一步指导后，傅早霞做最终总结。他首先表扬了16级会计2班的同学刻苦进取的精神并通过举例子强调了班风对个人今后发展的影响，他同时鼓励同学们借鉴其长，齐心协力让好的学习习惯在班级与学院里蔚然成风。
