阳光心灵，从心出发

——湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团心理健康周摆点活动顺利进行
为营造良好的校园心理教育氛围，引导大学生们更好掌握心理健康知识、促进身心健康，12月3日中午11时40分，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团心理健康教育服务部于美食广场前举办了以“阳光心灵·从心出发”为主题的摆点宣传活动。
由于前期已做好充分宣传准备，在活动开始时已有许多同学积极参与其中，各种丰富奖品和有趣游戏更是吸引了更多同学加入该活动。在参与 “博古通今”游戏过程中，同学们不仅在其中感受到了快乐，还了解了心理学知识。“默契大考验”游戏通过你来比划我来猜的游戏形式，提高了朋友之间的默契度，进一步增进双方感情。最有受欢迎的游戏，便是“心灵邮差”了。据了解，在前三年举办的“心灵邮差——给一年后的自己或他/她的一封信”活动中，同学们对此反响热烈，并且大力支持。所以在今年，摆点宣传活动延续感动，一同见证同学们在今后一年的成长。每位写信的同学带着对未来的憧憬与向往，书写对未来的自己一封信，将其投入邮箱，等待明年的来信。除此自外，还有“背丢毽子”、“言行不一”等游戏，在活动场上，每位同学的脸上都洋溢着灿烂的笑容，气氛很是活跃。
“我非常喜欢该活动，不仅可以玩玩小游戏，放松心情，获得礼品，还可以通过参与游戏，了解心理健康知识，受益颇多。期待明年心灵邮差的来信，这样我能够见证明年更好的自己，希望不负年华，不忘初心，方得始终。”在活动结束之后，19级电商3班王妍说道。
