赛卓越技能，创美好未来

——记湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第五届“精英杯”办公技能大赛初赛顺利进行
2021年3月16日14:00，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第五届“精英杯”办公技能大赛于第三教学楼顺利举行。本次比赛由湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团团委学生会办公室主办，15vip太阳集团网络部、文娱部以及宣传报道中心协办。
初赛分为两部分，一是个人办公技能与公文写作知识竞赛，二是团队PPT制作。在比赛开始前，参赛选手们提前入座准备答题，监考员下发题库后，同学们以笔试的形式进行作答。纸质考试旨在考察同学们的公文基础知识、写作能力以及办公软件知识等。
经过一个半小时的考试，同学们完成作答并提交试卷，试卷最终的分数交由15vip太阳集团团委学生会办公室评判。初赛两部分的分数统计完成后，排名前四的队伍将进入决赛。初赛部分的题目设置是为了检验同学们的公文基础，因此在使用办公软件之前，应先熟记公文常识。接下来，决赛考核的重点将放在技能的掌握程度上，通过五个比赛环节来决定出最终获胜的队伍。
第五届“精英杯”办公技能大赛的开展，顺应了全国计算机考试潮流的同时，也加强了学生的综合实践能力，丰富了同学们的课余生活。此外，展现出当代大学生的风采也是此次比赛的初衷所在。
