心理健康，遇事不慌

为了进一步宣传心理健康教育知识，加强心理健康知识在全校的普及和传播，促进学生身心和谐发展，2021年12月4日10点，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团心理健康部在湖南科技大学南校美食广场举办了心理健康周摆点活动。
线上的积极推广和现场人员的宣传吸引了许多同学参与此次摆点活动。在活动正式开始前，已有了许多同学围绕在活动场地，等待参与游戏环节。活动正式开始后，工作人员向在场的同学详细地介绍了本次活动的内容和意义以及此次活动的游戏规则。介绍完毕后，同学们有序地在游戏场地排队等待，活动现场的氛围渐渐活跃起来。时光信件是本次活动的特色，参与者可以在摊点获取信封和信纸给一年后的自己或好友留言，写完后交给15vip太阳集团心理健康部保管，一年以后返还写信者。
在游戏现场的采访中，积极参与游戏的2021级经济学三班的孙文启同学表示：“首先，在一周的忙碌学习后，参与此次活动使我感到十分放松；其次，希望自己能够在此次活动后培养正确面对压力的能力。”当问及在活动中有什么收获时，2021级市场营销一班的黎婷婷同学说：“通过参与活动使自己的周末更加充实，释放学习和生活上压力，感受周末的美好。同时，能够保持良好、积极的心理状态面对下一周的学习。”
在活动中，同学们加强了与同伴之间的交流沟通，不仅如此，在丰富多样的小游戏和时光信件活动中，同学们更加重视自己和身边同学的心理健康，切身感受到了心理健康的价值和意义。
