——记湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第十二届干部精英培训之形体辅导活动顺利进行
4月13日19:00，由湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团团委组织部承办的15vip太阳集团第十二届干部精英培训之形体辅导活动，于第一体育馆舞蹈室内进行。由管理学院形体辅导老师郭兰生为全体干培成员讲授形体的知识并进行相关指导。
课程开始前，郭老师首先表示学会放松是此次形体辅导课的重点，希望同学们都能够找到让自己自信、放松的感觉。随后，郭老师以一首活泼欢乐的歌曲作为背景音乐，让干培成员伴随音乐，模仿老师的动作进行放松，现场气氛立刻被点燃。正如开幕式的视频中所说，此次形体辅导活动会让干部们在忙碌的学习与生活中得到放松。紧接着，干培成员们分别学习了站姿、走姿、自我介绍以及找节奏感等基本礼仪知识，成员们都跟随老师认真学习，努力完成好每一项任务。课程结束后，郭老师强调只有坚持才能有所提高，希望成员们能坚持练习，并在接下来的生活中更加关注自己的体态和气质。
此次形体辅导以一种独特的方式帮助干部们放松身心，陶冶情操，同时也有利于加强干部之间的沟通与交流。形体训练不仅是身体素质的训练，也是德智体美劳诸方面的提升，在全面调理身体形态的同时有助于提高学生的综合能力，促进学生的全面发展。
