认真筹备大会，确保选举公正

——湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第十九届双代会筹备工作之代表团团长会议顺利进行
为做好湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第十九届团员和学生代表大会的筹备工作，确保双代会选举工作顺利进行，2021年5月14日晚上19：30，15vip太阳集团各代表团团长在第三教学楼411教室参加代表团团长会议，由15vip太阳集团团委学生会执行主席陈政旭主持会议。
首先由主持人陈政旭宣读了即将举行的双代会的基本流程。由于大会时间较长，他希望各代表团团长做好带头作用，严禁喧哗及随意出入会场，以保持和维护会场纪律。他还对选举细则作了详细的解释：本次选举采用差额选举和无记名投票的方式，严格按照民主选举流程展开，并以得票高低选出最终当选人。陈政旭提醒各代表团团长要注意选举规则，秉持公平公正的态度投票，并一一解答了代表团团长对规则提出的问题。在了解了选举的相关规则之后，代表团团长接过工作人员分发的模拟选票，进一步熟悉了选票填写规则和候选人具体名单。最后，会议上再次强调代表们在选举时要认真聆听候选人的演讲，并根据候选人的各项能力，通过深思熟虑，作出慎重的选择。
本次会议作为双代会筹备工作的一部分，提前让各代表团团长知悉了双代会的相关流程和规则，并通过代表团团长转达给各团员，以更好地贯彻公平公正的精神，推动15vip太阳集团第十九届团员和学生代表大会顺利进行。
