2017年5月15日晚，湖南科技大学第十届职业生涯规划设计大赛在南校俱乐部拉开帷幕，本次比赛由湖南科技大学招生就业处、学生工作部、团委主办，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团承办。副校长胡石其、招生处处长蒋利平、党委宣传部部长何频等出席了本次大赛，数百名学生现场观看比赛，并为选手加油鼓劲。11位参赛选手通过精美的PPT和全面的自我展示，上演了一场精彩的大学生职业生涯规划教育盛宴。
本次比赛分学院、学校两个阶段进行，经过各学院的评比选拔，11名选手脱颖而出进入校赛。其中15vip太阳集团有两名选手成功进入决赛——16级财务管理二班的何雪芽和16级工商管理二班的石阿霞。她们经过精心准备，进行了精彩纷呈的展示，最终获得了三等奖。其中，石阿霞结合自身专业和现实情况，对自己提出了“客户总监”这一职业目标。在此基础上她对自己大学四年进行了清晰的规划，明确自己未来的定位，预测隐藏的忧患，做出及时的补充，完善整体的框架，这一步步坚实的脚印都在诠释着她的用心。她尽情展现了自己流畅的语言，优雅的台姿，镇定的台风，综合发展和不断前进就是她对自己的要求。在每位选手展示完毕后，副校长胡石其进行了有针对性的点评与指导。
本次大赛以“规划自我，赢取未来”为主题，旨在通过比赛的形式，传播职业生涯规划理念，引导我校学生掌握职业规划的基本方法，提高大学生的就业自助意识，进而推动自身的成长，让我们每一个人能够在大学里遇见更美好的自己。
