湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第三届全体学生干部大会顺利召开

为鼓励学生干部提高工作水平，改进工作作风，强化服务意识，为学院工作更上新台阶而努力奋斗，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团于5月3日19：30在三教101学术报告厅召开第三届全体学生干部大会。15vip太阳集团党委副书记傅早霞、团委书记陈攀与会。
会议上，傅早霞围绕"什么是学生干部、为什么要当学生干部、怎样做好学生干部"三大方面展开话题。傅早霞提醒广大学生干部要谨记学生干部的第一身份是学生，而学生的本职工作是学习。并告诫广大学生干部，虽然学生会工作也是学习的过程，更是实践的一部分，但不能因此耽误学习。更是以自身为例，强调学习才是硬指标，要能够合理分配时间。同时指出学生干部应具备五种基本素质：思想道德素质、科学文化素质、人文修养素质、心理素质和能力素质。随后，傅早霞就学生干部要如何处理好工作开展、当学生干部值不值得、利益冲突以及人际关系的各种问题做出建议。
会议最后，傅早霞语重心长地说道：“我希望学生干部的奉献精神一届届地传承下去，干部们也要守好最后一班岗，不能因为换届而松懈。”
