我院第十届干部精英培训无领导小组讨论成功开展

为帮助学生干部们提高自身组织协调能力、团队意识和辩论说服能力，5月11日19：30，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团第十届干部精英培训班在第五教学楼进行了无领导小组讨论活动，团委学生会主席团成员担任主持人及评委。
此次无领导小组讨论每两个小组为一班，一个班设立一个主持人。讨论分为发言准备、个人发言、自由讨论以及组长总结发言四个阶段，并要求成员严格把握每个环节的发言时间。活动过程中，学生干部们就“作为一个星级饭店经理，在经营过程中出现问题时，在给定选项中选出你认为最需要解决的并排序”这一话题投入思考。"我把这7个问题分别归为了三大类，其中A、G两点属于酒店设施问题……"，在个人答辩环节，每位学生干部都就自己的观点展开阐述，条理清晰，言简意赅，充分展现了他们的逻辑思维能力。激烈的讨论中，每个小组成员间的观点在碰撞中相融合，达成统一，整个程序下来有条不紊。讨论结束后，主持人也给出了到位的点评。
活动最后，主持人施年治语重心长地说道：“这道题没有正确答案，结果并不重要，重要的是参与的过程，是敢于把自己最好的一面展现出来的勇气。”
