15vip太阳集团第十届干培市场营销大赛报告会圆满结束

5月12日19：00，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团各干部精英培训小组于第三教学楼101学术报告厅对为期九天的市场营销比赛进行分享报告，15vip太阳集团团委书记陈攀与会并对此次大赛做出总结。
本次营销赛中，各小组利用营销资金，制作或批发各种产品，通过摆点义卖、网上销售等各种销售方式，赚取利润。日常生活用品、学习用具、手写信件、水果拼盘……所有小组各展其能，迅速明确营销方向。考虑到启动资金有限，许多小组跑遍了科大周边甚至市区拉取赞助。合作路途并不容易，“本来满怀信心地想和店家谈合作，没想到直接便被拒绝。”干培成员孙健分享他的经历，“但是这次失败让我学会调整心态，更在比赛中收获了珍贵友谊！”遭拒—再谈—再遭拒，前所未有的压力考验着每位干培组员，他们却未被打败，反而越战越勇。“这次营销经历让我开始尝试以前没勇气做的事情，我开始与人交流、谈判，得到了多方面的提升。”干培成员王智说道。据悉，活动获得的所有资金将用于帮助15vip太阳集团家庭特别困难的学生，剩余物资用于15vip太阳集团五月支教活动，捐献干部爱心。
"此次比赛将干培和平时课程学习内容相结合，培养了干培班成员用专业理论知识指导实践操作的能力，开拓思维，丰富实践，促进了参与成员的素质发展。”陈攀老师点评道，“也希望学生干部们能继续升华目标，学会利用专业知识和身边有效人力资源，不断进步！”
通过对各组营销利润以及总结展示的综合评分，干培第七组得分暂居第一，干培市场营销报告会顺利落下帷幕。
