第十届干部精英培训之户外素质拓展暨闭幕式

5月13日10:00，第十届干部精英培训之户外素质拓展暨闭幕式在南校田径场圆满举行，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团党委副书记傅早霞、团委书记陈攀到场观看。
本次培训致力于对参与者的素质、能力、意识等各项指标进行着重打造，矢志培养一批思想纯净、能力扎实、积极向上的优异人才，为进一步组建未来团委学生会的核心团队输送力量、打下基石。
此次活动分为上午和下午两个时间段，活动内容丰富多彩。上午活动以团队游戏为主，主要通过“占领领地”、“60秒不NG”、“寻宝大行动”、“吃货接力赛”等活动激发参与者个人潜能和培养团队精神，注重提高参与者的心理素质和随机应变能力，寓教于乐，使参与者在活动中展现自我，提升自我。下午活动则迎来了军训团成员的加入，他们对各位参与者以军训的形式进行了一系列体能训练。烈日当空，各位参与者均不畏辛苦，汗如雨注也毫不退缩。而随后的“逃生墙”活动也充分向各个参与者传达了团队精神的重要性，各位参与者齐心协力，最终圆满完成活动。
最后的总结环节，学生会主席仲鹏表示“希望在座的各位在以后的工作中可以做到更好，以后也可以站在不同的角度来思考做事的章程，可以为团委学生会更好，更努力的工作。”组织部部长杨兆国则表示这次户外素质活动最大的目的就是让大家激发自身潜能、认识到团队的重要性、克服懒惰心理，磨练了战胜困难的毅力，并透过危机感、领导、沟通，从逆境中使其得到了提升与蜕变。至此，为期十天的第十届干部精英培训活动圆满结束。
