薪火相传，共创未来
为加强学生社团有效管理、促进学生社团建康发展、深化学生社团育人功能，6月12日19:00，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团于第三教学楼411会议室顺利举行2022学年度学生社团主要负责人换届大会。15vip太阳集团2021级辅导员杨美琴老师莅临大会现场，15vip太阳集团主席团成员、社团管理部成员及社团主要负责人到场与会。
在主持人介绍完述职标准后，各社团主要负责人依次上台进行述职报告。述职者从社团活动、社团荣誉、社团财务报告、未来展望四方面总结了上一年度的工作内容，并提出社团后续发展的规划与构想。紧接着，新任社团社长及团支书进行就职报告。自我介绍过后，各新任社长及团支书阐述了对社团工作的见解与想法，提出了相应的工作设想与规划，并表明了自己的信心与决心。
最后，杨美琴老师对各社团的述职和就职报告进行了点评与总结。她充分肯定了上一届社团主要负责人做出的贡献，也对新一届社团主要负责人的工作提出了要求和希望。听完杨美琴老师的讲话后，新一届的社团主要负责人纷纷表示将不负大家的期望，继续秉持不忘初心、砥砺前行的态度，竭力带领社团走向更好的未来。
本次换届大会一方面展示了各社团的活动风采及优秀成绩，另一方面展现了社团主要负责人的组织能力与表述水平，为各社团以及社团管理部的蓬勃发展注入了新的血液。
