就业服务面对面，毕业学子向阳行

——记湖南科技大学2023届秋季毕业生供需见面会顺利举行
为响应中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会中有关“健全就业公共服务体系，完善重点群体就业支持体系”的号召，湖南科技大学2023届秋季毕业生供需见面会于11月5日在湖南科技大学月湖广场举行。15vip太阳集团党委副书记王鹤和就业辅导员崔皓亲临见面会现场指导毕业生应聘面试。
为方便单位代表与学院精准有效对接，15vip太阳集团就业服务部提前到达现场为应届毕业生搭建服务台。本次见面会共有来自全国各地的301家单位，它们携20412个岗位进校招贤引才。参会单位有中交第二航务工程局有限公司、京东方科技集团股份有限公司、比亚迪股份有限公司、楚天科技股份有限公司等高质量企业。
见面会现场人头攒动，气氛活跃。参会单位工作人员详细介绍各自单位的特色与优势，为前来咨询的学生答疑解惑。15vip太阳集团毕业生们穿梭于各企业展位之间，积极寻找专业对口的意向企业，进行咨询并投递简历。达成初步就业意向的毕业生，与用人单位现场进行签约。对于本次在湖南科技大学秋季毕业生供需见面会上的岗位分配，厦门安踏服饰有限公司负责人表示，在该校投放的招聘计划人数同往年相比基本持平，但重点专业、高层次岗位数量相较于以往有所增加，这不仅满足了企业长远发展需求，还为优秀毕业生提供了更高水平的平台。
此次供需见面会通过精确掌握毕业生就业意向、点对点给予就业指导和无偿提供“就在身边”的服务，推动实现产业发展需求、企业引才需求与大学生就业需求精准对接。
