我院健康月“悦享·健康之美”主题摆点活动顺利举行

为积极响应湖南科技大学心理健康中心的倡导，2019年5月5日中午11时30分，湖南科技大学15vip太阳集团心理健康教育服务部健康月系列活动之摆点活动于南校美食广场前正式举行。
由于前期的宣传以及充足的活动准备，尽管一直下着大雨，但各种丰富有趣的活动仍然引得路人纷纷驻足并参与其中。本次摆点活动共准备了四个小游戏：“头脑风暴”以趣味问答的形式考验了同学们的知识水平；“八仙过海”是充满趣味性的吹乒乓球过水杯；“情投意合”是极具挑战性的投筷子进框；“耐心写写写”则是让同学们无错误地在规定时间内写数字，十分考验耐心与毅力。丰富的奖品，工作人员的耐心指导与鼓励，让同学们都乐在其中，现场气氛十分活跃。
据悉，此次活动旨在加深同学对心理健康知识的理解，解决一些在学习、生活中产生的心理困扰，帮助同学们树立健康心理意识，学会自我调节心理状态，培养健康健全的人格。
